FAQ
The fine print, plainly
Do you resell reservations?
Never. We don't buy, hold, sell, transfer or trade reservations. In New York, reselling reservations without the restaurant's consent is illegal, and it's unfair to restaurants everywhere. Midnight Table charges for information (alerts, release schedules), planning, and booking assistance.
Whose name is the reservation in?
Yours. Every booking is made in the member's own name, on the restaurant's own platform (Resy, OpenTable, Tock, SevenRooms or phone), and you're the one who shows up.
How do alerts work?
We track each restaurant's published release pattern and watch for new dates and cancellations, then notify you with a direct link to book.
Do you use bots to grab tables?
No. We don't automatically book or hold inventory. Concierge bookings are made on your behalf, in your name, with your consent.
How accurate are the release times?
Each restaurant page labels its source: from the restaurant's own page, publicly reported, partly confirmed, or not published. Schedules change, so always confirm on the booking page. Where a restaurant doesn't publish a schedule, we say so and don't guess.
Are you affiliated with Resy, OpenTable or Tock?
No. Midnight Table is independent. Booking links send you to the restaurant's own platform.
What is the "Sponsored" ticker?
Paid placements from restaurants and partners, always labeled "Sponsored." Sponsorship never changes concierge recommendations or release information.
Which cities do you cover?
New York City, Chicago, Washington DC, Miami and San Francisco, with more coming.
