Do you sell reservations?
No. We never buy, hold, sell or transfer tables. You pay for alerts, planning and booking help. Every reservation is made in your own name on the restaurant's platform.
How does Concierge booking work?
When a match appears, a concierge books it for you on your own Resy/OpenTable/Tock account or by calling on your behalf (we always say who we're calling for). You show up; it's your reservation.
Can you guarantee a table?
No one honest can. We maximize your odds with precise release timing and cancellation alerts.
What is Call-In Concierge?
A $29/mo add-on for up to 5 phone-only restaurants. We call at opening, in your real name, as an AI assistant. It is not a guaranteed table, and we never resell the reservation.
