An August 2026 Infatuation guide put the full dinner menu at about 30 days out. That is older than Resy's September 2026 note, which is the window to use: two calendar months, each released at midnight on the first of the month before. The same guide still points to walk-ins early, or after 8pm, for the rooftop, which runs cocktails and a shorter menu.
Bar seats open to walk-ins later in the evening, and staff will place you at any unreserved table they can. Bookings release two calendar months at a time, each month at midnight on the first of the month before.
