South Beach Carbone drops 30 days out at 10 a.m. Reservations are the plan. A walk-in is a maybe, and only if you arrive very early. The dress note in that guide is specific: no shorts, no open-toed shoes, no tanks.

Cote Miami, the Design District Korean steakhouse, drops 30 days out at 10 a.m. Walk-ins are seated only when a cancellation opens, anywhere in the restaurant. The team’s advice in the Resy guide is to arrive before 5 p.m., or to come back around 9:30 p.m. Lunch and Magic Hour are easier than prime-time dinner. The reservations desk answers daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. at 305-434-4668 and at reservations@cotekoreansteakhouse.com.

CARBONE VINO in Coconut Grove uses the same 30-days-at-10 a.m. release. Walk-ins do better here than at South Beach Carbone, and there is a lounge with a small-bites menu if the dining room is full. Same spicy rigatoni, less of a production.

Boia De is the Little Haiti Italian room under the neon exclamation point, open every day from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Resy’s September 23, 2026 guide says the book opens at noon for dinner 30 days out, and that several counter seats plus the 14-seat patio are held for walk-ins. The restaurant’s own FAQ, checked October 19, 2026, says some seats are held for walk-ins and that same-day cancellations join that first-come pool. It tells guests to use Resy Notify because same-day cancellations are common. Confirmation texts go out at noon the day before and at noon the day of.
Indoor reservations are parties of four or fewer. Larger parties go outside. Cancel at least three hours ahead or the fee is $20 a person. The FAQ also says the restaurant cancels any reservation it finds listed for sale. There is no dress code.

Sunny’s is the Little River steakhouse with the banyan terrace. Co-owner Will Thompson told Resy, in an interview published July 6, 2026, that reservations drop 30 days out at noon. Fridays and Saturdays go immediately. On weeknights the outdoor dining room often still has tables after that drop. Monday and Tuesday are the quiet nights. Thursday through Saturday are the busy ones. The room is open seven days, 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.
The terrace and the indoor bar are walk-in only. For the indoor bar, he said to come at 5:30 p.m. The terrace is the flexible seat for a drink and a snack. They cannot assign a specific table in advance. Notify works better earlier in the week and further from 8 p.m. Cancellations cluster the day before and the morning of. He put the whole restaurant at 220 seats.

Mandolin is the 1940s bungalow in the Design District, Greek and Turkish, and the garden table is the date. Resy’s September guide says the book opens 60 days ahead and does not print the hour. Walk-ins are welcome. They do not serve hard liquor. The list is wine, and it leans Greek.

The Surf Club Restaurant in Surfside takes reservations on Resy. The reservations page, checked October 19, 2026, does not publish how far ahead the book opens or at what hour. It does say walk-ins are accepted at the bar and in part of the dining room. Dinner is six nights: closed Monday, 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and 5:30 to 10 p.m. Thursday through Saturday.
There is no single Miami drop. On the sources checked October 19, 2026: Mother Wolf is 14 days out at 9 a.m.; Carbone Miami, Cote Miami, and CARBONE VINO are 30 days out at 10 a.m.; Boia De and Sunny’s Steakhouse are 30 days out at noon. Mandolin is 60 days out with no hour published. Macchialina and MILA are described as three months out, with no hour published. The Surf Club Restaurant reservations page does not publish a window.
