Resy’s Miami guide updated September 23, 2026 says Boia De holds several counter seats and a 14-seat patio for walk-ins. The book opens at noon, 30 days out. The FAQ, checked October 19, 2026, says some seats are held for walk-ins and that same-day cancellations join that first-come pool. Indoor reservations are parties of four or fewer.

Resy’s Miami guide updated September 23, 2026 says MILA’s restaurant book opens three months ahead, and that the bar is first come, first served. The guide does not print the hour. It says the reserve page on the restaurant’s site does not print that clock either.

Co-owner Will Thompson told Resy, in an interview published July 6, 2026, that Sunny’s terrace and indoor bar are walk-in only. For the indoor bar, he said to come at 5:30 p.m. The terrace is the seat for a drink and a snack. Reservations drop 30 days out at noon in that interview.

The Surf Club Restaurant’s reservations page, checked October 19, 2026, says walk-ins are accepted at the bar and in part of the dining room. The page does not publish how far ahead the book opens or at what hour.

CARBONE VINO’s Coconut Grove page, checked October 19, 2026, says the bar serves the full menu and takes walk-ins. It does not print the hour the dining-room book opens. Resy’s Miami guide updated September 23, 2026 still says that book is 30 days ahead at 10 a.m., and it does not name a time zone.
Boia De holds counter seats and a 14-seat patio, in Resy’s September 23, 2026 guide. MILA’s bar is first come, first served, in that guide. Sunny’s terrace and indoor bar are walk-in only, in the July 6, 2026 Resy interview. The Surf Club accepts walk-ins at the bar and in part of the dining room. CARBONE VINO’s bar serves the full menu and takes walk-ins.
Joe’s reservations page says to expect a cocktail at the bar while a table is readied. That is a wait, not a bar seat held for dinner. It is not listed here. The walk-in note for Joe’s is on the Miami Beach date-night page.
