Resy’s DC guide updated September 23, 2026 says seats at Anju’s bar and on the patio are typically held for walk-ins, and that reservations open three weeks out. The FAQ, checked October 24, 2026, says the book opens three weeks ahead, one new day at a time, and does not print the hour. The patio is for walk-ins when the weather allows. The bar is walk-in and runs a waitlist.

Moon Rabbit’s site, checked October 17, 2026, says every dining-room table goes on OpenTable, and that bar seats are always kept open for walk-ins.

The Infatuation’s DC guide dated August 19, 2026 says The Red Hen’s bar has the full menu and is first come, first served. Some space is saved for walk-ins, and that guide says it is unreliable at prime time.

Albi’s FAQ, checked October 17, 2026, says the bar takes walk-ins and serves the full à la carte menu. Resy on that page is for parties of up to six. The FAQ does not print a bar-seat count.

Maydan’s welcome page says walk-ins are seated when a table or a bar seat is free. The bar is first come and serves the full menu. Online reservations are for parties of up to six, at 10:00 a.m. on a rolling 21-day basis. The page does not name a time zone, and it does not print a bar-seat count.
Anju holds bar and patio seats, in Resy’s September 23, 2026 guide. Moon Rabbit keeps bar seats open for walk-ins while the dining room is on OpenTable. La’ Shukran’s bar seats open later in the evening, in that Resy guide. The Red Hen’s bar is first come and has the full menu, in The Infatuation’s August 19, 2026 guide. Albi’s bar takes walk-ins and serves the full à la carte menu. Maydan’s bar is first come and serves the full menu.
