That guide says to wait at Flour + Water Pasta Shop down the street.
San Ho Won releases reservations 29 days ahead at 10am on SevenRooms, in The Infatuation’s guide dated October 20, 2026. The guide does not name a time zone. It says the restaurant accepts a couple of walk-ins at 5pm, when it opens, and that people have lined up around 4:30pm. There is no waitlist. If those one or two tables are gone, the guide says to come back around 9pm.
