The cancellation page says cancelling or rebooking within 30 days of dinner forfeits the full amount, bar seats included. Earlier changes are fully refunded.

The room is 14 seats. Resy’s DC guide updated September 23, 2026 says to leave perfume and cologne at home. The counter enforces a no-fragrance policy.
The tasting-menu seats at Maru San are released two months ahead, in The Infatuation’s guide dated August 19, 2026. That guide does not print the hour. The handroll counter next to it is a line, not a reservation. Resy’s September 23, 2026 guide says walking in for the à la carte menu is the backup when the tasting seats are gone.
