The chef’s table is its own Resy. The Infatuation guide dated August 19, 2026 says prime dining-room times fill weeks out, that the patio is the easier yes, and that the chef’s table is a $125 tasting menu and a bit easier than the dining room.
Osteria Mozza in Georgetown drops 28 days ahead at midnight, according to Resy’s September 23, 2026 guide. The time zone is not named. The restaurant’s homepage, checked October 19, 2026, links Resy and does not restate that hour. Resy’s March 6, 2026 interview says about 30 market seats and two dining-room two-tops are held for walk-ins. The September guide says they keep walk-in room in the dining room, at the mozzarella bar, and in the market.
Florería Atlántico’s site, checked October 24, 2026, prints flower-shop and bar hours and does not print a dining reservation window. Resy’s interview published July 6, 2026 says the bar is always first come, first served, and that the lounge holds waiting guests until a table opens. Thursday to Saturday, 7:30 to 10 p.m., is the busy stretch in that interview.
