Alinea’s FAQ, checked October 18, 2026, says new dates usually land on the 15th at 11:00 AM CT, for the month after next. January 15 is the drop for March. Tickets are prepaid and non-refundable. With 72 hours’ notice the restaurant will move a booking to another date in the same calendar year. The FAQ discusses OpenTable. It does not mention Tock.

Armitage Alehouse releases reservations 21 days out at 9am, in The Infatuation’s guide dated July 9, 2026. That guide does not name a time zone. The bar and the patio are walk-in. The guide says to show up near opening: 4pm Monday and Tuesday, 11am Wednesday through Friday, and 10am Saturday and Sunday.

Esmé’s FAQ, checked October 19, 2026, says reservations can be made up to 60 days out via Tock, and it does not print the hour. The same site’s Book Now button opens an OpenTable page, so the live button and the FAQ do not name the same platform. The FAQ says Bar Esmé takes walk-ins as space allows. Changing a ticket costs $150 or more per person.
